Reality star Kylie Jenner recently got candid about the constant public scrutiny she's faced regarding her appearance since her early teens.

In a preview for an upcoming episode of The Kardashians, Jenner tearfully revealed that the criticism has taken an emotional toll on her.

"People have been talking about my looks since I was 13. It just gets exhausting," the 26-year-old shared with her sister, Kendall Jenner, who also became emotional during the conversation.

Jenner admitted that the constant negativity does affect her, despite previously appearing confident. She also addressed the common misconception that she has undergone extensive plastic surgery, clarifying that she has only ever received fillers.

"I got so much surgery to change my whole face, which is false, I've only gotten fillers," Jenner stated.

She also opened up about specific insecurities she's struggled with, including her ears, which became a focus of self-consciousness after family jokes and public scrutiny. However, having her daughter, Stormi, who inherited the same ears, helped Jenner shift her perspective and embrace them.

Despite the challenges, Jenner emphasised her enduring self-love and confidence, stating, "I always loved myself — I still love myself — and one of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I was this insecure child."

This candid conversation offers a glimpse into the pressures and anxieties faced by individuals in the public eye, particularly those who have grown up under constant scrutiny.
