Hailey Bieber launches ice cream that tastes just like her smoothie

Hailey’s viral Erewhon smoothie is now a dairy-free ice cream.

Hailey Bieber’s popular Erewhon smoothie is now available as a dairy-free ice cream, thanks to a partnership with Cosmic Bliss. Fans can now find the Strawberry Glaze ice cream at Sprouts stores nationwide. 

Hailey, who is expecting her first child with Justin Bieber, is excited about the launch, stating, "I can’t wait for everyone to try it." The ice cream retains the original smoothie’s flavors, including almond milk, dates, strawberries, and a housemade strawberry glaze.

Jason H. Karp, founder and CEO of HumanCo, which owns Cosmic Bliss, highlighted the partnership's goal of promoting awareness of the U.S. food system and healthier living. In an Instagram video, Hailey noted the ice cream's similarity to her smoothie, emphasizing the matching strawberry swirl and coconut vanilla ice cream.

Hailey’s collaboration with OBB Ventures, known for her YouTube shows "Who’s in My Bathroom?" and "What’s in My Kitchen?" continues to introduce innovative food products to her fans. Recently, Hailey shared some of her unique pregnancy cravings on social media, like egg salad on a pickle with hot sauce, humorously telling fans not to judge her.

Hailey's original Strawberry Glaze Skin smoothie debuted at Erewhon in 2022 and became a hit, with its blend of almond milk, dates, vanilla-flavored collagen, sea moss, coconut cream, maple syrup, hyaluronic acid, strawberries, avocado, vanilla stevia, and a housemade strawberry glaze. The pint of ice cream includes similar ingredients, using natural vegetable juice for color instead of food dyes.
