The star-studded cast of Rian Johnson's upcoming "Knives Out" sequel, "Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery," continues to expand with the addition of Mila Kunis and Jeremy Renner as reported by Deadline. Kunis, known for her roles in "Bad Moms" and "Black Swan," joins the ensemble alongside "Hawkeye" star Renner, who recently made a remarkable recovery from a serious snow plough accident.
The third instalment in the popular whodunit franchise will see Daniel Craig reprise his role as the eccentric detective Benoit Blanc. Other cast members include Josh O'Connor, Kerry Washington, Glenn Close, Cailee Spaeny, and Andrew Scott.
Rian Johnson returns as writer and director, with production set to begin next month. Netflix plans to release the film sometime in 2025. Plot details remain under wraps, but fans can expect another thrilling mystery packed with twists and turns.
Mila Kunis was last seen starring in and producing the adaptation of "Luckiest Girl Alive." Jeremy Renner is currently starring in the Paramount series "Mayor of Kingstown."
