The clip, posted by @thecleanupcompany, shows a team clearing out a house following someone's death and explaining the bereavement clearance process.

During the seemingly routine task, the team mistakenly identified a picture of Princess Diana as the former homeowner. 

The narrator can be heard saying, "Your clothes will be donated to charity, memory boxes chucked in the skip, and pictures taken down. I mean, look how beautiful this lady was when she was younger."

However, social media users quickly recognized the woman in the photo as Princess Diana, not the deceased. 

This inadvertent mix-up has helped the video go viral, amassing over 4.5 million views.
