Kim Kardashian has revealed that her past marriages with Kanye West and Kris Humphries were the inspiration behind her upcoming TV series.

In the TV show, the reality star adopts a role as a high-powered divorce attorney in a new series by famed producer Ryan Murphy.

Viewers got a glimpse into the origin story of Kim's upcoming scripted drama in a recent episode of ‘The Kardashians’ on Hulu.

The episode shows Kim meeting with powerhouse producer Ryan Murphy, fresh off the premiere of American Horror Story where Kim had a role.

Murphy, impressed with Kim's acting chops, proposed a new series centered around a brilliant divorce attorney, a role seemingly inspired by Kim's own experiences with divorce attorney Laura Wasser.

The untitled series will reportedly feature an all-female law firm navigating the complexities of love and loss in Los Angeles' fast-paced legal scene.

Kim's family is also shown brainstorming ways for her to manage the demanding schedule on top of her existing commitments, including law school and her ever-popular reality show.
