Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting model Crystal McKinney in a new lawsuit filed in New York.

According to court papers acquired by People Magazine on May 21st, Crystal McKinney claims that at the age of 22, she was introduced to the mogul, who is now 54, by a designer while working as a model in 2003.

In the lawsuit, McKinney claims that after meeting with Combs and the unnamed designer at Cipriani Downtown, that she “felt little control over the events as she was directed what to do and put on display, for the others in attendance.”

McKinney asserted that she was directed to sit “directly across from Combs” at the event and that he “made a very public display of coming on to [her] in a sexually suggestive manner which continued throughout the dinner.”

She further mentioned that the Bad Boy CEO repeatedly praised her "beauty" and assured her that she “was going to make it big one day” as a model.

She alleges that he informed her that “he had power in the industry and was going to help her advance her career” before they exchanged contacts.

In the legal filing, McKinney characterized Combs as “flirtatious” throughout the evening and claims that he “plied Plaintiff with alcohol throughout the dinner as he repeatedly refilled her glass with wine.”

Later that evening at Combs' studio, the model states that she was offered marijuana and claims she "later came to understand that Combs had laced the joint with a narcotic or other intoxicating substance,” according to the lawsuit.

She asserts that she refused to smoke or drink after experiencing a sensation of “floating,” but Combs criticized her as "uptight" and persisted in pressuring her to partake, according to her allegations.

According to the lawsuit, Combs then took McKinney to a bathroom where he initiated unwanted advances and forcibly kissing her without her consent.

It's claimed that he proceeded to push her head down and coerce her into performing oral s** on him. After the act, McKinney asserts that Combs returned to the studio, while she began to feel "physically sick" and eventually "lost consciousness."

McKinney also alleges that Combs "blackballed" her career, and in 2004, she was hospitalized following a suicide attempt after “she began to blame herself for the assault and for sabotaging her own career.”

The lawsuit does not specify the amount of damages she is seeking.

The lawsuit filed on Tuesday follows less than a week after CNN released footage showing Combs kicking, punching, and dragging his former girlfriend and ex-Bad Boy artist Casandra "Cassie" Ventura in a Los Angeles hotel in 2016.

Besides Ventura and McKinney, Diddy is also facing sexual assault/harassment lawsuits from three other women and one man.
