Is Ryan Reynolds’ fourth child’s name in ‘TTPD?’

Has Taylor Swift hinted at the name of Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively's fourth child in her most recent album?

During a recent appearance on the Today show, actor Ryan Reynolds offered a playful yet intriguing insight into the name of his and Blake Lively's fourth child. 

When hosts Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb inquired about the newest addition to their family, Guthrie jokingly referenced Taylor Swift's tendency to include their children's names in her song lyrics, particularly citing Swift's track "Betty" which features the names of their three older kids.

In response, Reynolds, 47, humorously quipped that they always defer to Swift to disclose the child's name, humorously remarking "we always wait for Taylor to tell us what the child's name is, and I'll say this: We're still waiting.” 

He went on to humorously praise Swift's prolific songwriting skills stating "she's a prolific writer — I mean, what are we doing here? And 'lazy' is not a word I'd attach to Taylor."

Reflecting on the previous instance when Swift's song revealed their older daughters' names, Reynolds mentioned how they kept the names secret from their children until the song was complete, emphasizing their playful approach to parenting. 

Reynolds further joked about their parenting strategy of limiting their children's access to external information.

While Reynolds and Lively, 36, have chosen to keep details about their youngest child private, Reynolds did mention their fourth child in relation to the announcement of his new series on social media. 

He shared an Instagram post teasing the show, humorously noting that the concept for the series was conceived on the same day as their fourth child.

Throughout the conversation, Reynolds maintained his characteristic wit, injecting humor into the discussion surrounding their growing family. 

The couple, known for their privacy, has previously expressed their preference for keeping certain aspects of their personal lives out of the public eye, including not finding out the sex of their children until birth.
