British influencer accuses Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS of copying her T-shirt design
Camille Charrière calls out Kim Kardashian for allegedly copying her floral T-shirt design, but the accusation sparks mixed reactions online.
British fashion influencer Camille Charrière has stirred a heated debate after accusing Kim Kardashian of copying her signature T-shirt design. Charrière, who worked with British lingerie brand Stripe & Stare to create a floral 'Baby Tee,' claims the striking similarity between her £45 top and Kardashian’s £38 Marigold Rosebud Cotton Rib Tee by Skims cannot be overlooked.
Sharing a side-by-side comparison on X, Charrière expressed her frustration.
Both T-shirts feature a white base with floral prints, and the accompanying marketing images use a blonde model striking similar poses.
While some users supported Charrière's accusation, calling the resemblance "undeniable," others defended Kardashian, pointing out that floral T-shirts aren't unique designs.
One commenter noted, "A white baby tee with a yellow floral? That's available almost everywhere. I can get one at Target right now." Another added, "Neither of you are breaking new ground here."
However, this isn't the first time Kardashian has been accused of copying.
Last year, she faced criticism over her New Year's Eve line, which allegedly featured a dress similar to one by Agent Provocateur, both having large cutouts and floor-length designs.
