On the court, the Knicks rode a balanced scoring attack with Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart leading the way with 22 points each.

Brunson added a well-rounded performance with seven rebounds and assists, while Hart secured a double-double with 13 boards. Bench contributions from Miles McBride (21 points) and Bojan Bogdanovic (13 points) proved crucial.

Despite a 33-point performance from Tyrese Maxey and a 29-point outing by Joel Embiid, the 76ers fell short. The Knicks, boasting a superior 50-32 record compared to Philadelphia's 47-35, now hold a 1-0 series lead.

The action returns to Madison Square Garden for Game 2 on Monday before shifting to Philadelphia.
