Will Smith surprised everyone at Coachella by joining J Balvin on stage, dressed in his famous "Men in Black" suit and sunglasses.
Balvin started the night with a UFO overhead, setting an otherworldly tone. He rocked a leather jacket with alien-like patches and opened with "Mi Gente," later changing into a sparkly stardust outfit.

Some of the backup dancers matched his black suit and tie look, and others dressed as aliens, adding to the spectacle. During the performance, Balvin was carried away by "Men in Black" agents while Smith used a prop neutralizer from the movie.
This appearance marked Will Smith's second performance at Coachella since 2019 where he joined his son Jaden Smith for a performance of his song “Icon.”
Earlier, Jada Pinkett Smith shared photos on Instagram of her family enjoying the festival, including daughter Willow, who performed in 2023, and Jaden, who performed in 2019.
The caption, stating "A great show and old friends," appeared to refer to the last photo, where Pinkett Smith hugged popstar Justin Bieber while Smith smiled in the background.
A video of Jaden Smith and Justin Bieber hugging is also gaining attention online, thanks to its intimate nature.
