All set for Quaid’s birth anniversary today
The nation will celebrate the birth anniversary of Pakistan's founder, Quaid-I-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, today (Monday) with traditional zeal and fervour.
The main ceremony is scheduled to be held at Mazar-i-Quaid in Karachi, where the guard duties will be entrusted to cadets from the Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul.
Special events commemorating the Quaid-I-Azam's birthday will take place nationwide, including in Karachi. A change of the guards ceremony will be held at Mazar-I-Quaid, with the PMA cadets assuming guard duties.
Currently, the responsibility is with the Pakistan Air Force troops.

Sindh Governor Kamran Tesoori, Caretaker Chief Minister Justice (retd) Maqbool Baqar, members of the provincial cabinet, and other senior civil and military officials will pay homage at Mazar-I-Quaid. Floral wreaths will be laid, and Fatiha will be recited in honor of the father of the nation.
The occasion serves as a tribute to the Quaid-I-Azam for his invaluable services.
Moreover, seminars, conferences, and various events will be held nationwide, where profound tributes will be paid to the founder of the nation for his relentless struggle in realising the dream of a free and independent homeland for the Muslims of the subcontinent.
