LAHORE:

The Punjab Bar Council (PbBC) has formally allocated a "special seat of female vice president" in all Bar Associations throughout the province. The decision, endorsed by the majority, marks the culmination of a prolonged debate and subsequent approval of the rules governing this allocation.

The catalyst for this transformative development was a requisition submitted by Rushda Lodhi,Chairman of the Seminar Symposium Committee.
