In Azad Jammu and Kashmir, rallies, demonstrations and protest gatherings were arranged in all small and big cities under the auspices of the Kashmir Liberation Commission, All Parties Hurriyat Conference and religious organisations.

In Muzaffarabad, the main function of the Yaum-e-Shuhada-e-Jammu was held under the auspices of the Kashmir Liberation Commission. Protest demonstrations and anti-India and pro-freedom rallies were arranged in Mirpur, Kotli, Bhember, Rawlakot, Bagh, Poonch, Hatiyan, Sadhnothi and Neelum.

The All Parties Hurriyat Conference leadership paid rich tributes to the martyrs of Jammu.
