MURREE:

In a bid to maintain law and order in the district, authorities have implemented Section 144 in Murree for one month.

As per the official notification issued by the district administration, several key measures have been introduced. The entry of nomadic individuals into Murree has been strictly prohibited for a month. This step is taken to prevent damage to trees caused by the animals accompanying nomads and to deter illegal Afghan refugees from entering the district under the guise of nomads.

The display and usage of any type of weapons within Murree are now banned for the specified period.
