A man and his three accomplices have allegedly raped a helpless woman within the limits of Dhamial police station in Rawalpindi on the pretext of helping her.
A police spokesperson said the survivor, who claims to be a resident of Bahera Tehsil in Poonch, has lodged a complaint with the police, stating that the accused first lured her by promising to resolve a conflict between the woman and her former husband.
According to the victim, she had recently obtained a divorce from her husband and had submitted the necessary documents to authorities in Bahera. Following the divorce, her ex-husband’s uncle relocated her to her grandmother's house in Rawalpindi.
She said she received a call from Malik Younus, who claimed to have learned about her dispute through a mutual acquaintance. He assured her that he considered her and her ex-husband as his own children and proposed taking them to court to obtain the necessary documents.
Despite her initial refusal, Malik Younus convinced her ex-husband to accompany them to his house.
Upon arriving at Malik Younus' residence on Chakri Road, she said she was introduced to his wife and children, who were hospitable and offered dinner.
The following morning, after breakfast, she noticed that Malik Younus was alone in the house. Sensing danger, she attempted to leave, but the suspects forcibly restrained her, and subjected her to rape.
The victim further stated that he administered drugs to her during the ordeal.
The situation took a darker turn when three more individuals, including one named Sharif Khan, arrived at the house the next day and they also sexually assaulted her for four days.
