Sindh voters up by 4 million

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has released the district level voter lists with the number of voters in Sindh increasing by a little over four million to 26,396,053. In Karachi, the number of voters increased by 0.9 million to 9,062,220.

According to the data collected until March, the total number of voters in Sindh increased by 4,004,809 new voters.

The number of voters in Karachi’s Central district in 2018 was 1,860,137 which has now increased to 2,090,463. In district East, the number has increased from 1.436 million to 1,613,927 voters. In the South district, the number of voters has increased from 1.08 million to 1.214 million. In the West district the new data shows a decrease from 1.66 million to 931,518 voters.

In Korangi district, the number of voters increased from 1.318 million to 1,471,326 voters. In Malir district, the number rose from 751,526 voters to 805,331 voters. In the newly-formed Keamari district, the number of voters is 861,422.
