Mehfil-E-Shabeena: Security beefed-up at Faisal Mosque
Nine checking points have been specified for the purpose.
ISLAMABAD:
In order to provide elaborate security arrangements for Mehfil-e-Shabeena, the Islamabad Police have deputed 300 policemen at Faisal Mosque.
An official of Islamabad Police informed that special walk-through gates have been installed at the entrance of Faisal Mosque while the 300 policemen will patrol the mosque to ensure vigilance. Nine checking points have been specified for the purpose. The official informed that Islamabad Traffic Police have also devised special traffic plan for the convenience of the motorists coming to Faisal Mosque for Mehfil-e-Shabeena.
