Balochistan to set up e-complaint cell

Spokesperson says addressing public grievances is a priority

QUETTA:

The Balochistan government was launching an e-complaint cell to address the problems faced by the general public.

Provincial government spokesperson Farah Azeem Shah said this on Tuesday.

She said that Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo-led government was making all-out efforts to address the public issues and provide them maximum facilities.

She added that the establishment of an e-complaint cell in the chief minister secretariat would prove to be an important development in this regard.

Redressal of public grievances was among the top priorities.

The spokesperson observed that the government would continue to serve the masses fully despite its limited resources, saying that provision of all basic facilities to the public will be ensured.

Farah maintained that we have to fulfill our responsibilities in an efficient manner to serve the people and added that the government was trying to provide quality facilities of education, health, law and order and infrastructure.

Holding the exhibition match of PSL in a peaceful atmosphere is a step toward that goal, she said.

Just how people expressed their love and enthusiasm for cricket and their sports heroes was really a welcome development, said Farah, adding that there was a need to highlight the beauty, natural resources and talent of Balochistan so that a positive image of the province could be presented to the world.
