LAHORE:

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Farrukh Habib has said that doctors have prohibited party chairman Imran Khan from traveling because of a danger of recurrence of fracture.

He said while speaking to the media on Tuesday that a court hearing a case related to the Toshakhana had been requested to record the statement of Khan through video link. The court had decided to indict the former prime minister on February 7.

Habib also raised a concern over the security of the PTI chairman after the caretaker governments of Punjab and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa removed security personnel his residence a few days ago.

Replying to a question, he said the majority of Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) parliamentarians were with former chief minister Pervaz Elahi.
