Representation: ‘Seraiki province inevitable’

KHANEWAL: Pakistan Muslim League (PML-Q) leader and deputy opposition leader in Punjab Assembly Muhammed Yar Hairaj said on Thursday that the creation of a new province in southern Punjab was inevitable. He said the people of the region would no longer remain hostage to the ‘Takht-e-Lahore’. Hairaj criticised the current administration for bringing the province on the verge of bankruptcy by mismanagement of finances. He claimed that the development funds of had already been spent and that the province was managing its affairs by borrowed funds.
