Food festival opens

The tenth edition of the colorful Karachi Eat Festival for food lovers has started at Beach View Park on the Sea View Beach.

A large number of citizens arrived to participate in Karachi Eat Festival, an event decorated with delicious food.

They also had to face problems like traffic jam on their way to the festival.

Karachi Eat Festival will continue from January 6 to 8.

“If you are fond of unique food and want to attend the festival, do know these things before attending the festival,” organisers said.

Around 150 unique food stalls have been set up in the Karachi Eat Food Festival, but not only from Karachi, famous restaurants from cities like Lahore and Islamabad also set up their stalls here.

You can enjoy Italian, Chinese, Thai, American dishes as well as indigenous cuisines like Biryani and Chapli Kabab at the festival.

A music concert has also been organised in the festival where famous singer Asim Azhar and other singers performed on the first day.

Special arrangements have also been made for children’s entertainment in the festival.

A single ticket is priced at Rs600 and it can also be purchased online.

To prevent the rush at the ticket counter, two counters have been set up, one of which is reserved for women only.
