FIA prosecutor says the issue is not who made the video, but who posted it on the internet

KARACHI:

Judicial Magistrate East Mukesh Kumar on Friday rejected the bail application of Daniya Shah, widow of late TV anchor Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain, in the case of posting his objectionable video online.

The defence counsel Liaquat Ali Gabol Advocate said it is not clear who made the video and when and where it was made.

The FIA prosecutor said the issue is not who made the video, but who posted it on the internet. Daniya had said in an interview that she made this video.
