Anwar Ahmad | 14 years ago | Reply When most of the Police Force is on guard duty, rest of them guard these dens earning huge sums of money. That's why every job posting/transfer/training involves huge bribes. The whole system stinks and needs restructuring or rather building from scratch. This should be on top priority list of Sindh Government.
