Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan said on Wednesday his ‘Haqeeqi Azadi Movement’ would continue till the announcement of free and fair elections in the country.
Addressing a large number of participants on day 6 of the long march, Imran said one should not think that this march would conclude after reaching Islamabad, adding that his movement would continue for even 10 months.

Imran again referred to the recent presser of the ISI chief, saying: “If you have decided to remain neutral then what is stopping you from holding free and fair elections.”
He said: “Let the public decide who will govern Pakistan.”
Imran, a former cricket captain, said he knew how the matches were won, but “those who are raised in dictators’ nurseries have no ability to play this game anymore”.

Without addressing anyone, he said when the US official, Donald Lu, threatened Pakistani ambassador with dire consequences if the PTI government was not removed “I was the prime minister and our ambassador was my subordinate” but he was reporting to someone else.
He then raised a series of questions: “I ask who was giving instructions to our ambassador? Who was threatening slain journalist Arshad Sharif? Who forced him to leave Pakistan and later leave the UAE? Who is trying to snatch freedom of speech? Who is threatening journalists and forcing them to leave their country? Who is snatching media freedom in Pakistan? Who is registering cases against journalists? Who tortured Senator Azam Khan Swati in front of his grandchildren? Who inflicted custodial torture on Shahbaz Gill?

Who is threatening citizens of Pakistan from unknown numbers? Who imposed these thieves on the country? Was it the dream of Allama Iqbal to see the governments of the corrupt in Pakistan? Did Quaid-e-Azam struggle to witness a murderer of 18 innocent people as interior minister of the country? Did we get independence to see that the corrupt like Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardri decide who will be the next army chief?”

He pointed out that Ramzan Sugar Mills peon, Gulzar Ahmad, cash boy Muzamil Raja, another witness Ghulam Sabir, Maqsood Chaprasi and FIA’s investigator Dr Rizwan all died due to heart attack or other mysterious reasons.
Another investigator, Imran Raza, committed suicide, while investigator Nadeem Akhtar luckily survived heart attack. “If any of this happened in any other society where there was rule of law a thorough investigation would have been ordered.”
