Nationalists booked for raising anti-state slogans

Police have booked the workers of nationalist parties for raising antistate slogans during a protest against lynching of two telecom employees by a mob in Macchar Colony.

An FIR was registered at the Artillery Maidan police station.

In the FIR, Sub-Inspector Nayyar posted in the Artillery Maidan police station stated that on October 30, he was on duty outside the Karachi Press Club when Sindh Sabha Party, Sindh United Party Karachi Division and Sajagi Forum Karachi Division led by Inam Abbasi, Elahi Bakhsh Bikak, Sarang Joyo, Ejaz Samito, Azad Jatoi, Nizam Noorani, Majeed and Rashid Khoso, among 180 to 200 people came to stage a protest.

They kept raising slogans against the state and state institutions.
