FIA arrest man impersonating SC judge

The Cyber Crime wing of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) have registered a case against an imposter who pretended to be a judge of the Supreme Court.
FIA Cyber Crime Wing Karachi registered the case on the complaint of the National Bank of Pakistan president’s personal secretary. The imposter K Faiz Ali Syed, is detained at Adiala Jail, Rawalpindi.
As per the complainant, the suspect had sent a WhatsApp message to the personal secretary of the NBP president to arrange a meeting of his brother with the NBP president and introduced himself as the Supreme Court Judge Mansoor Ali shah.
As per the CCTV footage of the meeting, the person who sent the message on Whatsapp and the one meeting the president was the accused himself.
During the meeting, the accused met with NBP president impersonating as the brother of Judge Mansoor Ali Shah.
Police said the accused had committed several fraud incidents by impersonation as Supreme Court judge with the help of various governmental and non-governmental figures.
Cyber Crime Circle has sent a questionnaire to Rawalpindi Jail, where the accused is under custody for investigation over the case. The questionnaire comprising 35 questions includes details of the accused including his forgery crimes and other questions.
