KARACHI:

The Sindh High Court (SHC) has issued notices to the Home Department, Sindh IG, Rangers DG, and others on the petition related to the
the disappearance of Faheem Jan Baloch.

A two-member bench headed by Justice KK Agha heard the petition.

Petitioner Umme Habiba’s counsel stated that Faheem Jan Baloch was taken away from Urdu Bazaar by the security personnel on August 26. The police and other law enforcement agencies were approached to search for the abductee but till now the trace of Faheem Jan Baloch could
not be found.

The court issued notices to the Home Department, IG Sindh, DG Rangers and others and sought their replies by October 12
