Police busted two members of a motorcycle-lifting gang and recovered four stolen motorcycles from their possession.

A police spokesman said that arrested suspects were identified as Rizwan and Yasin and during a preliminary interrogation they had confessed to lifting four motorcycles from different parts of Taxila and Wah. A case has been registered against the accused.

Meanwhile a man was abducted in the limits of the same police station. Muhammad Asim has reported to police that a group of men abducted his father and shifted him to an unknown location.

Moreover, Police arrested a drug peddler identified as Kaleem Khan and recovered drugs from his possession.

Meanwhile, police conducted raids and arrested six alleged drug pushers besides recovering over 4kgs of hashish from their possession.

A police spokesman said that during the course of action, Waris Khan, Airport, Saddar Wah, Chakri, Rattaamral and R.A. Bazaar police rounded up Muhammad Asif, Ishtiaq, Kaleem, Ghulam Sajjad, Shehzad, and Mansoor and seized over 4kg of hashish and five litres of liquor from their possession.
