The Punjab Emergency Service Department (PESD) organized the “Independence Day Motorbike Rally” in collaboration with Atlas Honda on Saturday.
The rally was held to raise awareness about safe motorbike riding to prevent road traffic injuries.
Director General PESD Dr Rizwan Naseer led the motorbike rally, which started from New Campus Bridge towards Jinnah Underpass, Doctor Hospital, Thokar Niaz Baig Flyover and culminated at the Emergency Services Academy.
DG PESD said that people must celebrate Independence Day safely and always ride their motorbikes at a speed of below 40km/h.
