An unidentified motorcyclist snatched gold earrings from an elderly woman in the Dhok Kala Khan area within ​​Sadiqabad police station limits.

In the video, the motorcyclist wearing a helmet could be seen showing up in a narrow street in broad daylight before intercepting the 80-year-old woman.

In the footage, the elderly woman could be seen walking down the street with a cane in her hand. The footage also shows the motorcyclist crossing the woman before returning to her while looking at the balconies of houses in the neighbourhood to ascertain that no one was seeing him.

In the footage, the motorcyclist talks to the woman for a brief time, parks his bike at a close distance and gets off and returns to the woman and snatches the gold earrings from the woman's ears.

In the video footage, the snatcher could be seen fleeing on the motorcycle after ripping her earlobes for the earrings.

A case of the incident has been registered on a complaint of Bilal Ahmed, the grandson of the victim woman. The plaintiff has said that his grandmother, Majeeda Begum, was going to visit her relatives when a motorcyclist snatched her earrings worth about Rs0.120 million and managed to escape.
