Former Minister Sher Afgan Niazi resigns from APML
Sher Afgan Niazi was working as Senior President of the APML.
According to reports, the seasoned politician had sent his resignation to the party leader Pervez Musharraf.
He said that he was not happy with the behaviour of some of the party leaders and wasn’t keen on working with them any longer.
On the other hand spokesperson for APML, Fawad Chaudhry said that he had not received Sher Afgan's resignation as yet.
According to sources have claimed that Sher Afgan Niazi had differences with party officials, including Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif, Dr Amjad and General (r) Rashid Qureshi.

@Mirza Musharraf was far better than the present rulers, be it PMLn or PPP. Go on streets and ask people, you will get the answer how much people miss Musharraf, and how much they hate Sharifs and Zardaris.
Musharraf is the best leader Pakistan ever had.

APML, like many other PML factions is "dead on arrival". How many dictators have come back to power in the whole world? Grow up and move on. No wonder Mush's righthand men are jumping the ship from North America to Pakistan.
APML crashed before take off
The writing on the wall is veritable as daylight, meaning his total failure at democracy, respecting the judiciary and administering the country's affairs. He can't even control intra-party squabbling, what to talk of standing for re-election. Nevertheless, he did perform until 2002 and after that he was taken over and commanded by the PML Q.
Talking of his return is now cliched and will be an incalculable disaster on Pakistanis if they allow him to come back. Accept the fact that he is the USA's man and spends most of his time there and in Dubai.
Pakistanis must now look forward to more important things in life and not an unimaginative man like the 'Chalawa Kartoos' or 'Night Hero' and must now rely on their common sense by evaluating the character make-up of the future candidates. This is important.
All the work in the APML is being done by his associates and he is making merry in the USA. My sympathies again go out to Major General (R) Rashid Qureishi and to Mr. Sher Afghan. Please accept my Salams.

Time to put a fork in Mush's APML. The guy had his chance and he blew it and now his ardent supporters are jumping ship. Mush do not have a chance to ever rule Pakistan again so he should stick to his lectures and make London his permanent home.

IMHO: Finally Dr. Sherafghan Niazi realized the fact that Musharraf sahab will not be allowed by political goons in Pakistan to return and APML will take another 5 years to reach its political maturity.
The front faces of APML like Barrister Saif, Fawad Ch. and Rashid Qureshi are only focusing on countering allegations leveled against Musharraf and hardly have any constructive plans for bringing back this country to progress.
Fawad Chaudhry sould work in punjabi films, he can't even speak.Fawad Chdry and Barriste saif are hoping that dictator will win elections and they will become ministers - its not going to happen in next 100 years

He is a seasoned politician. The party is contact with him and we are very sure he will join back.
Resignation of Mr. Sher Afgan Khan Niazi is a set back for APML.
He is a diversified and seasoned politician and has protected the policies of General Pervez Musharraf during his tenure while Sher Afghan Niaza Sahib was a minister.
When political leaders of PPP and MQM can reconcile time and again, why not there can be a reconciliation between Sher Afghan Niazi and Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif, Doctor Amjad and General (r) Rashid Qureshi?
