According to details, a fire broke out in a textile factory near Walika Hospital in the site area on Saturday morning.
Four fire trucks were dispatched initially, but the fire intensified, after which five more vehicles, two bowsers and a snorkel were also sent.
Fire brigade officials said that the fire broke out on the second floor of the building.
The corridors were very narrow as a result firefighters could not enter the fire area.
The firefighters then used snorkel to throw water from outside.
After a three-hour struggle, the fire was brought under control and the cooling process began.
Owners and the officers from the management of the factory were also present on the spot during the operation.
