School janitors accused of molesting four-year-old boy
Two employees of a private school allegedly molested a four-year-old boy in the Gulistan-e-Jauhar area, on which the father complained to the school administration.
However, the administration of the well-known chain of schools allegedly made the suspects escape.
The boy's father told The Express Tribune that on January 17, he dropped his four-year-old son at a private school situated in front of NED University of Engineering and Technology and returned home. When he came back to pick his child up, the boy complained that janitors Kalash and Karamat Masih took him to the washroom and molested him.
The father immediately complained to the school administration, which allegedly made the suspects escape, at which he protested, but he was forced out of the school. Subsequently, he got a report registered in Gulistan-e-Jauhar Police Station, and the police got the victim medically examined.
The victim's father appealed to the Sindh IGP, Karachi Police Chief, DIG East and other officers concerned to arrest the suspects involved in the incident and take legal action against the school administration.

The school administration later on Friday said in a statement that the allegation levelled by the victim has proved “false and fabricated”, adding that that entire incident was an attempt to malign and defame the institute for “financial gains and ulterior motives”.
“The allegation by the parent of junior year student is proven to be false and fabricated after a thorough investigation by the inquiry committee and in light of the medical examination,” read the statement.
The school administration has also served a defamation notice of Rs100 million on the complainant under “section 8 of the defamation ordinance 2002”.
According to the medico-legal certificate of Jinnah Hospital available with The Express Tribune, “no sign of anal intercourse” was found during the medical examination of the minor.
