SHC seeks layout plan of cattle market
The Sindh High Court sought on Wednesday a layout-plan from the petitioner over a plea pertaining to the trouble in movement for Scheme 33 residents, caused by the cattle market set-up for the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.
A two-member bench, comprising Justice Muhammad Shafi Siddiqui and Justice Agha Faisal, was hearing the plea. At the outset of the hearing, the petitioner's counsel maintained that the locals of Scheme 33 were facing trouble in movement as the cattle market set-up in the vicinity caused the disruption of traffic flow.
He apprised that the residents of the area were being asked to acquire passes for their vehicles for free movement.
The counsel moved the court to direct the authorities to ease the inconvenience of area locals. At this, the court sought a layout-plan from the petitioner on the next hearing.
