Covid vaccination centre inaugurated at FJWU
A coronavirus vaccination centre at Fatima Jinnah Women University was inaugurated by the Punjab law minister on Sunday.
Law Minister Raja Basharat hoped that the spread of the virus would be curtailed with the cooperation of the masses in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs). Rawalpindi Deputy Commissioner (DC) Anwarul Haq gave a detailed briefing to the minister on the available facilities at the vaccination centre and measures for its storage.
Covid-19: give me fresh air to breathe, please!
Speaking on the occasion, Basharat said that the vaccination centre was established at the request of the people of Rawalpindi. He added that the provincial government was providing the best facilities at all inoculation centres across the province.
The minister also appealed to the masses to organise special prayers during the holy month of Ramazan to get rid of the virus.
