Three girls among four teenagers kidnapped in Islamabad

Complainant feared that the suspect could have taken away his daughter for molestation

ISLAMABAD:

Four teenagers, including three girls, were kidnapped from different areas of the federal capital on Wednesday.

According to details, a resident of Sector G-10, Muneer Ahmed registered a complaint with the Ramna police, saying that a man named Nazim Abbas had abducted his 15-year-old daughter.

The complainant feared that the suspect could have taken away his daughter for molestation.

Similarly, a resident of the Ali Pur area told the Shehzad Town police that unidentified persons had kidnapped his two granddaughters.

He said both abducted girls were 17 years old. The complainant said he was afraid that the kidnappers could be sexual perpetrators.

Separately, the Noon Police learnt through a citizen named Tasadduq Hussain that his 17-year-old son had been abducted by unidentified suspects.

The police said they had registered cases and that efforts were under way to recover the kidnapped teenagers and apprehend the perpetrators.
