In Rawalpindi, Cases registered against 29 housing societies

Construction work was underway in Blue World City without the approval of a layout plan by the authority, says RDA

RAWALPINDI:

The Rawalpindi administration has registered cases against 29 housing societies pursuing development work without the approval of layout plans from the relevant department.

The cases have been registered in different police stations including Saddar, Chauntra, Rawat, Morgah, and Naseerabad, Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) Scheme Inspector Shehzad Mehmood said.

The official said that during a survey, he witnessed that the construction work was underway in Blue World City without the approval of a layout plan by the authority.

Similar cases have been registered against Abdullah City, Rawal Farmhouse, Kashmir Paradise, Babi Town, Naqvi Town, CPEC Residencia, Maryam Green City, Sapphire Villas, Al-Madina Valley, Airport Town, Silver City, Ideal City, Safari Green Town, Agro Farmhouse, Rawal Enclave, and Diya Housing Scheme.
