7 killed, four injured in Balochistan

Incident occurred in far-flung area of the district

QUETTA:

At least seven people were killed and four others wounded in two different firing incidents across the province on Wednesday.

According to Panjgur Deputy Commissioner Razzaq Sasoli, five people were killed and four others injured in a firing incident at Tehsil-Proom district where clashes erupted between two rivals. After receiving information about the clash, contingents of Frontier Corps (FC) and Levies along-with rescuers rushed the site and shifted the bodies and injured to District Headquarters Hospital Panjgur.

DC Panjgur added that the incident occurred in far-flung area of the district and further investigations are underway. The deceased were identified as Abdullah, Noor Bux, Dad, Khair Bux and Safar Khan.
