Parliamentary Health Secretary Dr Rubaba Buledi on Monday ordered revival of dialysis unit at District Headquarter Hospital Dera Murad Jamali.
“Dialysis Unit DHQ Dera Murad Jamali must be started on war footing,” she said.
According to details shared with media personnel, the dialysis unit has been closed for a while, prompting Dr Buledi to contact Commissioner Naseerabad division Aabid Salim Qurashi in this regard.
She ordered him to ensure appointment of technical staff at Dialysis Unit DHQ Dera Murad Jamali and also advised commissioner Naseerabad to decentralise the powers for the appointment of technical staff at Dera Murad Jamali dialysis unit.
Dr Buledi added that it is essential to bring harmony in health policies and strategic planning to ensure quality health services to the common people of the Balochistan province.
Commissioner Naseerabad division Qureshi assured the parliamentary health secretary of a rapid solution to the problem.
