Six suspects arrested for murder
At least six suspects involved in killing a man over a minor issue in Shahdara has been arrested on Tuesday. The arrested suspects have been identified as Ahmad Sultan, his brother Ibrar Hussain and their accomplice Ali Shoban, Ali Raza, Taimoor and Zaheer Shah. The victim Muhammad Riaz and suspect Sultan had furniture shops adjacent to each other. However, they had developed grievances over a minor business dispute. The suspect Ahmad, a month back, had attacked the victim’s shop along with five other suspects. Resultantly, Riaz was shot to death. A case was registered against the alleged accused. On Tuesday, police arrested the six suspects and have been investigating the matter further.
