21 crushing plants sealed

QUETTA:

Haji Mitha Khan Kakar, Provincial Minister for Environment Livestock announced that 21 crushing plans have been sealed whereas NOCs of 14 plants have been cancelled in Quetta. “In the past, environmental laws were conspired but could not be implemented due to which the protection authority remained neglected,” he said while addressing a press conference along with Provincial Secretary for Environment Abdul Saboor Kakar at the office of Environmental Protection. He added that the institute, which was formed in 1992, was deprived of comprehensive planning due to lack of interest.
