Three SHOs suspended

Islamabad police Operations DIG Waqaruddin Syed has said that the problems of the citizens should be solved on priority basis and cases should be investigated on merit. He suspended SHOs of three police stations, issued show cause notices to four and issued warnings to two SHOs for poor performance. He gave a 15-day deadline to all the officers across the Islamabad Capital Territory to improve their performance. He was reviewing the crime and security situation at a meeting of federal police officers at Rescue 15 on Friday. Rasheed Gujjar, SHO of Ramna police station, Imran, SHO of Sabzi Mandi police station, Imran and SHO of Shehzad Town police station, Hakim Khan have been suspended for poor performance, while Show cause notices have been issued to four SHOs, including SHO Kohisar police station Shabir Tanoli, Shams Akbar of Golra, Alamgir Khan of Tarnol police station and Khurram Shehzad, SHO of I-9 police station, while warnings have been issued to two SHOs, Zashalimar Suleiman Shah and Nellore.
