Vawda stressed the need for introducing more stringent laws for punishing rapists

Delay in the release of DNA test results is hampering investigation into the rape of five-year-old girl whose burnt body was found in adumpster in Essa Nagri last week, said Marine Affairs Minister Faisal Vawda on Friday. He was visiting the deceased girl’s family. Speaking to the media, he stressed the need for introducing more stringent laws for punishing rapists and called for their public hanging.
