Tender issued for parking plaza in Pindi
Children's park was demolished during lockdown
RAWALPINDI:
The Rawalpindi district administration as adamant on constructing a commercial parking plaza in place of the children park it had demolished during the coronavirus lockdown.
Rawalpindi Commissioner Muhammad Mehmood said that the administration is planning to construct parking plazas in commercial areas of Rawalpindi city aimed at resolving traffic issues.
According to a spokesman, a tender has been awarded for construction of a parking-cum-commercial plaza at Children Park which was located at Commercial Market, Satellite Town.
