Robbers shoot, injure man

A man was shot and injured in a robbery bid in Surjani Town on Saturday night. Robbers intercepted Altameer Khan, 35, in Surjani Town’s sector 51B and opened fire on him when he resisted their attempt to loot him. As a result, Khan sustained injuries. He was rushed to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for treatment. Police are further investigating the matter.
