Thief held in Muzaffargarh

An alleged thief was caught red-handed while snatching an ATM card from a citizen in Daira Deen Panah area on Friday.

According to police spokesperson, a thief tried to snatch ATM card from a citizen in front of a private bank and he tried to escape with other accomplices waiting for him in a car.

Meanwhile, the citizens caught the accused identified as Yasin hailing from Kasur district and handed him over to police.

The other accomplices managed to flee from the crime scene.

Police registered the case against the accused and started investigation into the incident. Reportedly, a large number of ATM cards were also recorded from the accused.
