Banned outfit commander killed in Balochistan

Commander of a banned organisation involved in a suicide attack on Nawabzada Siraj Raisani during an election public meeting was killed in a joint operation of Counter Terrorism Department and security forces in the Mastung district of Balochistan on Monday.

Confirming the operation, CTD spokesperson said that CTD and other law enforcement agencies conducted a joint operation in the Paringabad area of Mastung district on information pertaining to the presence of the commander of a banned outfit. “The Commander was involved in suicide attack on the public meeting of Nawabzada Siraj Raisani and many other terrorist activities,” CTD spokesman claimed.
