A building of a shopping plaza collapsed near Bhoth area, in the outskirts of Sialkot Cantt in the early hours of Monday. Rescue 1122 officials said that the building was badly affected by flash floods in Nallah Palkhu a few days ago as cracks appeared in walls, roofs and floors and was vacated by the administration earlier. The building along the banks of the flooded Nallah Palkhu was empty when it collapsed.
