‘Timely completion of projects pledged’

The government is spending billions of rupees on the development and prosperity of the province

Commissioner Zhob Division Sohail-ur-Rehman Baloch vowed that no compromise will be made on the quality and timely completion of development projects. “Action will be taken against the concerned engineers and contractors if the project is not completed within the stipulated time.” He expressed these views while inspecting various development schemes in Loralai district. The Zhob commissioner inspected the water supply scheme in the Boys College, under construction road in Shah Karez and ongoing development schemes in Bus Adda city. XEN PHE Syed Jahangir Shah gave a full briefing to Baloch about the supply in the city and said that Rs140 million has been spent by the provincial government for clean drinking water whereas another Rs10 million has to be spent. “We are not rulers but servants of the people. The government pays us for the service of the people. We are solving public problems in good faith. The government is spending billions of rupees on the development and prosperity of the province. The commissioner also inaugurated various solar system water supply schemes in Shah Karez.
