Man dies of electrocution

HESCO has assigned the inquiry of the incident to its safety deputy director Mushtaq Ahmed Dayo

HYDERABAD:

A man was electrocuted to death and 2 boys were injured after they came in contact with an 11,000 kilovolt (kV) transmission wire of the Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) in Hyderabad late on Thursday night. The deceased was identified as Zubair Naghar. Meanwhile, the injured teenagers were shifted to Liaquat University Hospital, Hyderabad. Phuleli executive engineer Munir Ahmed Soomro said he had reported the matter to the local police. The HESCO has assigned the inquiry of the incident to its safety deputy director Mushtaq Ahmed Dayo.
